Argentina’s first large-scale UX salary and work survey.

Back in 2018, UX professionals in Argentina had little clarity about salaries, tools, or work conditions. Talking about pay wasn’t easy, and reliable data didn’t exist.

We co-created UX Argentina to change that—starting small, with a survey built by and for designers, aiming to share knowledge openly and help each other make better career decisions.

The Goal:

  • Provide clear, local insights on compensation, tools, and work realities
  • Give designers data they could actually use
  • Build a space for connection and shared learning

The process

We kept things simple and community-driven

How we did it:

  • Asked designers which topics mattered most
  • Grouped questions to make the survey quick and easy to answer
  • Improved it every year thanks to people’s feedback
  • Kept it anonymous and open to get honest responses
